How to start a return
To request a return, email hello@velvetoakboutique.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process your refund after it has been approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or style, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Velvet Oak Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@velvetoakboutique.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
